What ages do you teach?+
Joshua works with kids, teens, and young men — typically ages 7 and up. Each lesson is tailored to the student's age and stage.
Are lessons for beginners?+
Absolutely. The 8-Week Foundations Program is designed specifically for true beginners. Intermediate students are welcome too.
Do students need their own drum set?+
It helps to have a kit or practice pad at home for daily practice, but it's not required to start. Joshua can recommend affordable options.
How long are lessons?+
Standard private lessons are 60 minutes. Shorter intro sessions can be arranged for younger students.
How does scheduling work?+
Use the booking page to pick a time that works. You'll get a confirmation email and reminders before your lesson.
Is Joshua available for in-person or virtual lessons?+
Both. In-person lessons are available locally, and virtual lessons are offered for students outside the area.
What makes this different from regular drum lessons?+
